Hello, I'm Mei,A healthcare and wellness professional with over 25 years of expertise.My background includes being a trained acupuncturist, lymphedema/lymphatic drainage therapist, and Metagenics natural medicine practitioner.

 

I also have a nursing background from China, where I worked in both Conventional medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals.​I have gained extensive knowledge in Western medicine during my nursing training, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine and natural health modalities such as Chinese herbs, acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping.

 

Since 2008, I have worked as a lymphatic drainage therapist in a holistic clinic with a European influence in Auckland, where I have gained expertise in the European approach to natural therapy and post-operative care, MLD, lymphedema therapy, etc.​I specialize in treating digestive disorders, gynecology issues, post-surgery care, lymphedema, and other complex health issues or chronic conditions using a personalized approach based on the individual's symptoms.

 

I offer the unique advantage of combining Eastern and Western natural treatments, such as acupuncture, lymph drainage, Chinese herbs, natural supplements, dietary and exercise recommendations, etc.
